How to Burn a Copy of a Wii Game

There are a lot of free tutorials on forums that you can try to follow using three or four different programs. In most cases you will end up with a pile of bad discs that don't work.

Some discs may come out so corrupt they might get stuck in your machine. Spinning forever trying to read the disc. At least that's what happened to me, I had to shut it off and manually remove the disc from my Wii console. The problem is most video game discs have copy guard built-in. This makes it a little difficult to make perfect copies, unless you have the proper software.

After trying many different programs I came across quick copy DVD. It is made mainly for copying DVDs but what most people don't know is it makes perfect game copies. I do recommend reading the instructions after you first install it. However once the setup it is pretty easy to burn exact copies of any video game.

I also wanted to mention that if you like movies you may want to opt in for their movie downloads. I picked up some pretty sweet movies and burned them onto DVDs using their software. Of course to do all this you will need a DVD burner and a computer. It's always a good idea to make backup copies of all your games. If you would damage one, no problem, you always have the original game in perfect condition to burn another copy from.

Even with normal usage your video game discs will become scratched over time. As the laser in your video game console becomes weaker with time it will have a difficult time reading the scratched discs. So eventually most of your games will end up not working correctly, unless you made copies of your Wii games when they were new.
